Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice and heart of our client relationships. You’ll:
- Build strong connections with clients, prospects, and carriers through phone, email, and written communication.
- Support teammates with client and prospect follow-ups.
- Research and resolve coverage questions, responding promptly to client needs.
- Maintain client files and process correspondence using paper records and multiple software systems.
- Identify new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
- Assist with office duties as needed.
Simply put: You’ll help ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident about their coverage.
Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for equal parts detective, teacher, and translator. Someone who can untangle coverage mysteries, explain terms with clarity, and advocate for our clients.
Here’s what will set you up for success:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; calculator skills.
- Experience with HawkSoft is a plus (not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication; fast, accurate typing.
- Organized, punctual, and process-compliant.
- Patient, reliable, ethical, and respectful.
- A P&C license is preferred, though we’ll support licensing for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits

- $40,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience and licensing.

Commercial Sales Customer Service Representative

About You
You have a knack for translating coverages into plain English—or Spanish—without missing a beat. You’re solutions-oriented, detail-driven, and business owners trust you because you follow through every time.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Fluent in English & Spanish, with a service-minded approach.
- Confident when communicating with business owners and carrier reps.
- Comfortable with numbers, documentation, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the center of supporting our producers and clients across a variety of commercial lines. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting commercial producers and clients across lines such as GL, BOP, WC, and Auto.
- Coordinating submissions, certificates, endorsements, audits, and renewals.
- Maintaining accurate notes in AMS/CRM systems and ensuring timely responses.
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities through trusted, relationship-based service.
Your work helps businesses stay protected, compliant, and confident.
Professional Standards
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also growth-oriented. The ideal candidate brings:
- A P&C license (preferred); commercial experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong calculator skills.
- HawkSoft experience (preferred, but not required).
- A coachable attitude, with a passion for learning and growth.
- Tech-savviness with AMS/CRM systems and client portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
