Personal Lines Renewal Specialist
At Neighborhood Insurance Agency, the Personal Lines Renewal Specialist protects what matters most by delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and supporting community growth. This role strengthens retention and revenue by educating clients, proactively managing accounts, and ensuring peace of mind through personalized insurance solutions.

- Grow & Educate: Identify opportunities for increased coverage, account rounding, policy enhancements, and client referrals through meaningful conversations and trust-building.

About You
You’re bilingual, detail‑driven, and people say you have a voice that could calm a storm. Numbers don’t scare you, but sloppy files do.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers via phone, email, and written communication
- Support teammates with client and prospect follow‑up
- Research and resolve coverage questions; respond promptly to client needs
- Maintain client files and process correspondence using paper records and multiple software systems
- Identify new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance
- Assist with office duties as needed
Professional & Personal Skills
Equal parts detective, teacher, and translator—solving coverage mysteries, explaining terms with clarity, and helping our diverse community.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; calculator skills
- HawkSoft experience preferred (not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication; fast, accurate typing
- Organized, punctual, and compliant with processes
- Patient, respectful, reliable, friendly, and ethical
- P&C license preferred; we support licensing for the right candidate
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional evening or Saturday for community events.
Commercial Lines Client Support Specialist
At Neighborhood Insurance Agency, the Commercial Renewal Specialist protects what matters most by delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and supporting community growth. You translate coverages into plain English or Spanish, without breaking a sweat and you follow through like it’s your superpower.
Job Responsibilities
- Support commercial producers and clients across lines (GL, BOP, WC, Auto)
- Coordinate submissions, certificates, endorsements, audits, and renewals
- Maintain accurate notes in AMS/CRM; ensure timely responses
- Identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities through relationship‑based service
Professional Standards
- Licensed in P&C preferred; commercial experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; calculator skills
- HawkSoft experience preferred (not required)
- Coachable, growth‑oriented, and a lifelong learner
- Tech‑savvy with AMS/CRM and client portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
On‑site role with community involvement at local events and associations.
